Customers should be expecting delivery delays due to the Christmas & New Year holiday period. Canistro Party Supplies will be closed for Christmas between Friday 25th December – Monday 28th December and between Friday 1st January – Monday 4th January for New Years.
Due to the holiday season, orders made during this period will be affected. Please see below for more information about our estimated delivery times during this festive period.
- Orders made before Wednesday 23rd December (before 4:30pm) will be dispatched on the same day and expected to be delivered on Tuesday 24th December.
- Orders made on Thursday 24th December (before 4:30pm) will be dispatched on the same day and are expected to be delivered on Tuesday 29th December.
- Orders made between Friday 25th December – Monday 28th of December will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday 29th of December and are expected to be delivered on Wednesday 30th December.
- Orders made between Tuesday 29th December – Wednesday 30th December (before 4:30pm) will be dispatched on the same day and are expected to be delivered by Thursday 31st December.
- Orders made on Friday 31st December (before 4:30pm) will be dispatched on the same day and are expected to be delivered on Tuesday 5th January.
- Orders made between Friday 1st January – Monday 4th of January will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday 5th January.
Note: All parcels are shipped with “overnight delivery” ticket. However, due to the holiday season, delivery of parcels may be delayed. Overnight delivery is only targeted and not guaranteed.
We are expecting an increase of orders made during the holiday season and will have more staff working to ensure all orders are dispatched on time. However, please note that due to factors out of our control, if your order is not able to be dispatched on time, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
